Liberty Invests in Our Future - Graduates of Grades 8 and 12

At Liberty, we are passionate about developing great leaders for our nation - and we put our money where our mouth is: Scholarships for Graduates.

At at the end of every school year, our church honours graduating students with a scholarship towards their post-secondary education. It’s Liberty’s way of encouraging them on the path to greatness… and recognizing the dangers of students dropping out of high school.

We celebrate the accomplishment of students who have completed Grades 8 and 12 by providing them with a scholarship award ranging from $500 - $1,000 per student - a boost towards greater learning, at the high school and college/university level.

The scholarship awards are all held in trust for the students until they successfully complete high school, and upon completing high school they have up to two years to redeem their scholarship award.

We’re proud to have had many eligible graduates applying for scholarship awards each year!

Apply for your Child’s Scholarship Fund by May 31st

The scholarship fund application form along with the supporting documents must be submitted during the month of May each year to be considered.  The application deadline is June 1st and selected recipients will be notified by June 8th.  Awards will be distributed during our Graduation Sunday service held annually on the second Sunday in June.

We Believe in Youth’s Potential for Greatness

Scholarship and church… at Liberty, they go hand-in-hand because young people are our future - not just our congregation’s but our country’s, the world’s future. It is an honour for us to be able to show these kids how much we care by being able to invest in their education. By providing these scholarship awards to eligible students, they learn just how much - as a body of believers - their congregation family has faith in them.

We’re always looking for ways to raise funds specifically for each graduating class.
